I've had a lot of questions, particularly about elastic, nylon, and ties.  Elastic is scarce (we are totally out!), nylon can be obtained from old pantyhose (just cut 2" strips horizontally--across the legs and you have perfect loops), or my favorite method--make ties!   If you are running low on paper goods, remember you can choose reusable fabric options.These are so very easy to make and use very little materials.  There is even a no-sew option available.
