Returns accepted for 7 days (Customer must contact us first for approval). Customer provides return shipping and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Final sale items: 14 collections can't be returned
Cancellation policy:
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to fulfill orders quickly, so once yardage is cut, we are unable to cancel an order.
Return policy:
Fabric:
All fabric is cut-to-order. To keep our prices competitive, we charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must request your return within 7 days of delivery.
Notions, Ready made + Giftable Items:
Clothing, toys, and other ready made goods may be returned for shop credit if their condition is new with tags. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must request your return within 7 days of delivery. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Except in cases of OFC mistake, returns will receive shop credit. Customer pays return shipping.
Problem with order: If we have made a mistake, then we are so sorry! We will make it right! If we have made a mistake, please contact us at hello@organicfabricco.com you must keep the product new, unwashed, and with any applicable tags. Please also keep all of the packaging for return shipping.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase--your order number is sufficient.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us and receiving instruction. Unauthorized returns will not receive refunds.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Shop Credit/Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection and total amount of your shop credit/refund.
If you are approved, then your shop credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your shop account or original method of payment (if applicable), within approximately one week.
If any refund is granted shipping will not be refunded and your return will reflect a 15% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after a week of being notified of an approved payment refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Ineligible Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale/clearance items cannot be refunded. Other ineligible items include (but are not limited to): gift cards, pre-orders, patterns of any form (paper or digital PDF), washed fabric, cut or otherwise opened/used products, quilt kits, and craft kits. Other items that are for personal use (such as teething rings, or hygenic products) are also not eligible for refund for hygenic reasons. All returns are at the ultimate approval or rejection of Organic Fabric Company management.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or very incorrectly cut. If you have an issue with your order, send us an email at Hello@organicfabriccompany.com for instruction.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the purchaser will find out about your return.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we have made a mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and you will not receieve a refund on the original shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on any returns/ exchanges. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
